Margaritaville Perks is a welcome escape from the traditional loyalty rewards program. No points, no tiers to reach, no waiting for qualification. Just straightforward immediate benefits, value-adds, and Perks to make your experience more memorable, personal, and rewarding.
Who can join and how?
It's free and easy to join for U.S. residents 21 years of age and over. To become a member, you will need to provide your first name, last name, and email address at MargaritavillePerks.com, at a participating hotel or resort upon check-in, or while making a reservation.
What benefits do I receive for being a member?
As a member of Margaritaville Perks booking a qualified rate through our website, you can choose from a variety of Perks such as early check-in, late check-out, complimentary beverages, and more. Perk availability may vary by location and will be available on the MargaritavillePerks.com website after your reservation is completed.
How do I earn Perks?
Be sure you are logged in during the direct booking process to ensure you receive your member Perks. Your choices will be available on MargaritavillePerks.com after your reservation is completed. Some rates or special promotions may be excluded from the program.
Do my Margaritaville Perks expire?
Your Margaritaville Perks account will never expire, unless you ask us to close your account. Your hotel or resort Perks are only available to use during the dates of your stay before you check out.
Do I earn points for purchases?
There are no points to track in the Margaritaville Perks program. As a Margaritaville Perks member, when you book a qualifying rate on our website, we'll invite you to choose Perks like complimentary cocktails, early check-in, late check-out, and on-property amenities.
What locations participate in Margaritaville Perks?
Currently, only the locations below are participating in the Margaritaville Perks program. More locations will join soon, so check back often for updates!

Can I earn Perks on more than one room at a time?
You can earn Perks for up to two rooms per stay as long as:
  • The rooms are reserved in the name of the Margaritaville Perks member.
  • The Margaritaville Perks member is staying overnight in the property for which the multiple room booking is made.
Do I receive a membership card?
No membership card is required to be in the Margaritaville Perks program.
Where can I view and track my stays and Perks?
Simply sign into your account at MargaritavillePerks.com to track your stays and available Perks.
What do I need to do to ensure all my Margaritaville Hotel and Resort stays are tracked inside Margaritaville Perks?
Always log in using the email address associated with your Margaritaville Perks account when booking online. Only direct bookings are eligible to earn perks.
How do I redeem my Perks?
Show your perks to the Front Desk Team Member at check-in on your mobile device to redeem.
What types of room rates are not considered qualifying?
If your reservation was booked through a tour operator, online travel agency, another third party website including a tour operator, wholesaler, or crew room rate, at a business, employee or friends and family rate, or the guest room was otherwise provided or paid for by another party or individual, it is not considered a qualifying reservation to earn perks.
How do I update my email, account information and/or communication preferences?
Sign in to your Margaritaville Perks account at MargaritavillePerks.com to make any necessary changes to account information.
I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
To retrieve your password, click the forgot password link at the login screen at MargaritavillePerks.com. You will automatically receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Can I have more than one person on my Margaritaville Perks account?
A Margaritaville Perks membership is for individual use only. However, you can encourage your friends and family to join as well so they can start receiving Perks on their direct online bookings with Margaritaville.
How do I cancel my Margaritaville Perks membership?
If you would like to stop receiving Perks on your qualifying stays, please contact us at support@margaritavilleperks.com for assistance.
I made a reservation before I joined Margaritaville Perks can I still receive Perks for my upcoming stay?
Unfortunately, Perks are only available during the booking process.
What if I want to change the Perks I selected during booking?
It's easy to change Perks selected during booking. Simply log back in to your Margaritaville Perks account at MargaritavillePerks.com prior to your reservation and you'll have the option to update your perks.
How are my Perks determined?
Your Perks are available at the time of booking and are based on the length and type of stay, including room type, rate, and your frequency of stays at all Margaritaville Hotel & Resort properties. Perks are also unique to the property you are visiting, and rewards may vary within the Margaritaville Hotel & Resort portfolio.
Who do I contact if I have questions or problems with my Margaritaville Perks account?

Can my membership be revoked?
Your membership may be revoked by Margaritaville Enterprises, LLC, in its sole discretion, at any time. Any abuse of the rewards program, violation of any of the Terms and Conditions, or other conduct that may be detrimental to our interests or the interests of our franchisees and licensees may result in revocation of your membership.
Can the program be modified or terminated?
Margaritaville Enterprises, LLC may, in its sole discretion, modify or terminate the program, the terms and conditions, or any other feature of the rewards program, at any time and without prior notice.
